Justin Lars Noland, 21, of Suffolk, VA passed away May 24, 2009. He was a 2006 Lakeland High School graduate. He was predeceased by his father, Darrell E. Noland.

Justin is survived by his mother and father, Sandra and Thomas "Tom" Shirk; sister, Amberlea Shirk; brothers, Bobby Rhea Shirk and Colton Shirk all of Suffolk, VA; maternal grandparents, Rheabon and Christa Bowers; aunts and uncles, Debbie Barber, William Bowers, Rhea and Linda Bowers, Karen and Mark Stevens, David Noland, Debbie Gaimel, Anita and Gregory Curtis and Lynda Shirk; cousins, Christa Barnes, Rheabon Bowers, III, Sarah Owens, Jesse Griffin, Elijah Griffin, Daisy Holderman, Annie Holderman, Joy Barber, Alan Stevens and Jonathan Stevens.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, May 28, 2009 at 6 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory 3515 Robs Dr., Suffolk, VA with Rev. Jonathan S. Palmer officiating. A time of visitation will follow the service at the funeral home. Burial will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Hilltop Cemetery in Colington, NC.
