On the morning of July 31st, 2022, Justin Howell of Southampton County passed away at the age of 30. Justin was born to William and Annette Howell in 1991. Justin spent his life doing what he loved most - collecting old trucks and cars that he could fix up, riding around on anything with wheels, fishing out on the lakes, and spending his time with friends and family. He spent the last 12 years working as a heavy diesel mechanic at Peter's & White Construction. Justin was very good at what he did and had an impeccable work ethic. May he always be remembered for his contagious laugh, how big of a heart he had for others, and how great of a man and father he was. Justin is survived by his father, William, and his mother, Annette.

He is survived by his loving wife of 15 years, Alexis, and their two beautiful children, Ryan and Jade, his two older brothers, Travis and Adam, and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Justin will forever live right in the center of our hearts and his memory will never be forgotten. Rest In Peace, Justin Eugene.
