Justin Allen Carr, 27, passed away September 7, 2014. He was born in Suffolk, VA and worked in carwash detailing. He is survived by his mother and father, Les and Darleen VanHoose; grandfather, Lee Carr; girlfriend, Tiffany Brock; son, Tanner Carr; brother, Josh VanHoose; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at 2 p.m. at Western Branch Baptist Church with Rev. Micah Voight officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been set up in Darleen VanHoose's name at Bronco Federal Credit Union to help with expenses.
