June Oxley Steiner March, 87, died on March 15, 2014. She was born in Athens, West Virginia the daughter of the late Robert G. and Alice S. Oxley. She was predeceased by her husbands, Samuel David Steiner and Lloyd C. March, Jr.     She was a member of Suffolk Presbyterian Church where she served as a Deacon and Elder and was a member of the organizing committee that started EdMarc Hospice through the church.

She is survived by her son, Mark; granddaughter, Carlie ; nephew, Robert; stepchildren, Chuck, Susan, Mary Lynn, Ann, Roger and their children.

A Celebration of Life visitation will be held Wednesday, March 19, 2014 from 6-8 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Edmarc Hospice for Children, 516 London Street, Portsmouth, VA 23704. Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
