Judy Kay Parker departed her earthly life in her residence in Suffolk, VA and went to be with the Lord and her waiting loved ones, her mother, Clara Maxine Hall, and father David Patton, and best friend Gail Manners.
She was born October 29, 1942 in Newton, Ohio. She lived most of her life in Norfolk and Virginia Beach. She was a restaurant owner of Shipwreck Lounge, George and Judy's, and other businesses. She was also a member of the Eastern Stars, the Bayside Chapter.
Left to cherish her memory is her two daughters, Julie Taduran and husband, Taggy; and Joni Allen. She had 10 grandchildren and four great granddaughters. She was also survived by her former husband Alfred Everett, Jr. of 23 years which he was always the love of her life.
She loved to read books, and go to Atlantic City to gamble, and she liked to play bingo. She really missed her mother, Maxine, and best friend Gail Manners, and she will be finally happy to be with them again. She will be so greatly missed by all her aunts, cousins, friends and others that were privileged to know her.
Services will be private. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
