Judith Mae Parker Holt, 75, passed away on July 2, 2025. She was born on March 15, 1950 to the late Julian Oris Parker and Mary Sumner Kinsey in Norfolk, Virginia. She is also predeceased by her sister, Ginny Carper; brother in law Wayne Carper, brother in law Terry Hedgepeth; and stepfather, William H. "Bill" Kinsey, Sr. Judy was a member of First Baptist Church of Suffolk, VA for many years. She retired as a social service worker for the City of Suffolk.

Judy is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, David Albert Holt; sons, Jonathan Holt, James and wife Allison Holt and grandchildren, Ethan and Caroline Holt; sister in law, Debbie Hedgepeth; niece, Michelle and husband Tom Billups and great nephew, Hunter Billups; nephew Tom Johnson and great nephew Dillon Johnson; nephew Mike and wife Fran Johnson and great nephew and niece, Brett and Sarah Johnson; special life long friend, Linda Warren. Also a special thanks to Margaret Walton for the loving care of Judy.

A memorial service will be held Friday, July 11, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory with Kent Adams officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Private inurnment will be at Holly Lawn Cemetery.
