Juanita Thelma Underwood Mumford, 91, passed away August 16, 2022.  She was born in West Virginia the daughter of the late Herman Andrew Underwood and Thelma Myrtle Hoke Underwood.  She was predeceased by her son, Albert Wayne Mumford; and siblings, Doris Jacqueline Keech and Gearls Herman Underwood.

Juanita is survived by her children, Donald Mumford, Sharon Mumford, and George Mumford; grandchildren, Ricky Mumford and Chase Mumford; and great grandchild, Ellie Mumford.
