Josephine Ann Hickey Walters, 84, passed away January 31, 2026. She was born in Scotland, to the late John and Jane Gibson Hickey. She is also predeceased by her husband, Roy Elton Walters. She was a member of St. Mary's of the Presentation Catholic Church.

Josephine is survived by her sons, Stephen Howard Walters (Eva), and Michael Joseph Walters (Mary Jane); grandchildren, Quintin, Catherine, Katrina, David, Camille, and Glenn; and great grandchildren, D.J., Mikyla, and Gabriel.

A funeral mass will be held Saturday, February 7, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Mary's of the Presentation Catholic Church, 202 S. Broad Street, Suffolk, VA 23434 with Rev. Fr. Rogelio "Ongen" Largoza officiating. Burial will be private. Post condolences on parrfuneralhome.com.
