Joseph Noel Horne, 75, of Suffolk, Virginia, passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2022.

He was the son of the late George Hunter Horne and Josephine May Manning Horne.

Joseph was a Vietnam Veteran who proudly served his country in the United States Navy from 1965 until his retirement as a 1 ^st Class Petty Officer in 1986. He enjoyed fishing and was a member of Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing Inc.

In addition to his parents, Joseph is predeceased by his wife of 30 years, Lily Linda Faith Horne. Left to cherish his memory are his son, Jonathan H. Horne (Jerrie), step-daughters, Alison M. Fletcher (Michelle), Faith Lopez (Roy), and Holly Sambucetti (Heber), and step-grandchildren, Kirsten, Seth, Mikaela, Maximus, Alexandria, Giovanni, Phillip and Natasha, and step-great-grandchildren, Kathryn, Kaleb, and Kinsey.

A Celebration of Life service will be at a later date at Parr Funeral Home in Suffolk. In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Joseph to Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing Inc. or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
