Joseph "Frank" Franklin Worrell, Jr., 80, lost his battle with cancer on February 23, 2011. He was born in Isle of Wight County on November 7, 1930 to the late Olive Wills and Joseph Franklin Worrell, Sr. He graduated in 1949 from Chuckatuck High School. Frank was a member of Providence United Methodist Church in Suffolk for 64 years.
