John Abbott Grimes III, 55, passed away on Monday, July 29, 2019. He was born to Gloria Jean Aldrich Brinkley and the late John Abbott Grimes Jr. in Rhode Island. He worked as a forklift operator at Prillaman Chemical Corp. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing pool.

John is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Judith Ann Butts Grimes; daughters, Dawn Nicole Butts and Angela Marie Billy (David); grandchildren, Kristina, Cheyenne, Amaya, Ricky and Kaylee; sisters, Kimberly Ann Babb (Jerry) and Heaven Jean Roy; and brother, Tracey Eugene Grimes (Michelle).
