John Otis Bullock, a loving husband and father of five, passed away on May 1st at 72 years of age. He fought a five year battle with cancer providing his family with extra years of memories. He worked hard the majority of his life giving many hours of service to businesses such as Union Camp, International Paper, and Lyon Shipyard. Through that work ethic and dedication he provided for his family and helped relatives and friends through his caring nature in any way possible.

He enjoyed time with family, gardening, cooking, and construction. Throughout his years he tended his own gardens, growing his own food and landscaping his home. In his kitchen there was no such thing as a recipe but more of guidelines and just primary ingredients. He enjoyed creating dishes of his own and exploring what he could create in the kitchen. He worked on his own home and others by doing expansions and improvements.
