Joann Eure Young, 83, passed away on Monday, August 16, 2021. She was born in Gates Co, NC to the late Ruth Derby Eure and Orren Harry Eure. She is also predeceased by her son, Harry Lee Derby.

Joann is survived by her son, Richard Lee "Ricky" Derby (Kim); grandsons, Richard and Ryan; sisters, Anita Page Riddick (Clarence) and Shirley Eure Jernigan (Richard); and brother, Henry Clay Eure (Jean).

Joann's memorial service will be private. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the American Cancer Society.
