Joan E. Duke, 59, passed away on October 19, 2011. A native of Nansemond County, VA she was the daughter of the late, Nancy Virginia Holland Duke and Calvin Cooledge Duke. She was also predeceased by her brother, James Calvin Duke. She was a member of Sunbeam Baptist Church.
She is survived by a nephew and many cousins. Services will be private.
