Jo Ann Marushia Blevins, 75, passed away April 23, 2018.  She was born in Welch, WV the daughter of the late Michael L. and Winnie G. Marushia.  She was predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Estle Ray Blevins, Jr.; her son, Michael Ray Blevins; and brothers, Joe, Jack, and Paul Marushia.  Jo Ann retired as the Director of Religious Education from St. Mary's of the Presentation Catholic Church, where she was also a member.  She was also a member of the Wilroy Ruritan Club.

Jo Ann is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Jo Ann Kittrell, Jessica and Tony Salyers; grandchildren, Summer and Winnie Salyers, Zoey and Skylar Kittrell; and brother, Pat Marushia.

A Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, April 26, 2018 at 2 p.m. at St. Mary's of the Presentation Catholic Church with Father Emmanuel Mensah officiating.  Friends may join the family for a time of visitation Wednesday night from 7-8 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory.  Burial will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Roselawn Cemetery in Princeton, WV.  Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.  Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
