Jewell Reynolds Osborne, 91, of Windsor, VA passed away on August 21, 2009. A native of Virginia, she was the daughter of the late, Claude and Lucy Reynolds. She was also predeceased by her husband, Baxter Garfield Osborne; sisters, Gladys Presley and Ruby Riddle and brothers; Paul, Percy and Edwin Reynolds. Jewell was a member of Central Baptist Church in Yorktown and a homemaker.

She is survived by her sister, Viola Dillon of New Jersey and one niece.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Martinsville, VA on Wednesday. Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com
