Jessica Fay Milligan Moy Spaul, 85, passed away October 5, 2019.  She was born in Tabor City, NC the son of the late Louis Milligan and Essie Mae Melvin Milligan.  She was predeceased by her husband, Aaron Zackereus Spaul.

Jessica was a loving wife and mother.  She is survived by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery.  Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
