Jeffrey "Jeff" Clay Chenault, 53, passed away October 10, 2019, after a prolonged battle with cancer.  Jeff passed peacefully in his home surrounded by his loving wife, Terry Roberts Chenault, and his beloved daughters Sydnie Wren and Kelsie Chenault.

Jeff was born on March 4, 1966 in San Diego California to Oran Ward Chenault and Jane Brimicombe Chenault.  Jeff was the owner and proprietor of Suffolk Automotive Service.  Jeff took great pride in taking care of his customers and acting with integrity.  Jeff lived life to the fullest and was devoted to his family.  Jeff enjoyed boats, fishing, and fast cars, but he truly adored spending time with family and friends.   Time spent at the Outer Banks and on the beach brought him great happiness.  Jeff will be remembered for his extreme generosity and his willingness to help others.

Jeff will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 27 years Terry Roberts Chenault; daughters, Sydnie Wren, Kelsie Chenault; parents, Sonny and Jane Chenault; dear grandson, Chanden Oram; siblings, Micky Schembri (Ray), John Chenault (Natalie), Tamara Waller (David); father and mother-in law, Kenny and Ann Roberts; and sister-in-law, Lorie Wood who will treasure their memories of him as well.  Jeff had many nieces, nephews, and dear friends who will also remember their time with him with great fondness.

A visitation will be held Monday, October 14, from 6-8:00 pm at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434.  A graveside service will be held on October 15, at 1:00 pm at Meadowbrook Gardens, 4569 Shoulders Hill Road, Suffolk, VA 23435.  Family and friends may gather at Jeff and Terry's home for a short time after the service to share in fellowship.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.  Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
