Jasper Ray Bell, Sr., 49, passed away September 4, 2015. He was born in Lumberton, NC the son of the late Joseph Ray Bell and Annie Ruth Bell. He formerly worked as a welder at AMSAC.

Jasper is survived by his wife, Theresa Rock; daughter, Jessica Anne Bell; sons, Jasper Ray Bell, Jr. and Michael James Golden; the children's mother, Deborah "Debbie" Armentrout Bell; stepchildren, Robin Lynn Howell, Earl Scott Hammonds, Steven David Hammonds; grandchildren, Aiden Levi Pritchet, Ryleigh Anne-Faye Doyle, Julian and Reuben, Madlynn Irene Doyle; step grandchildren, Ethan, T.J., Christian, Anna, David, and Seth; sisters and brothers-in-law, Shirley and Garland Self, Joann and Archie Bowen; brothers and sister-in-law, Ray and Linda Bell, and Donald Bell; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, September 10, 2015 at from 2-4 p.m. at NewLife Church, 540 E. Constance Rd., Suffolk, VA with Rev. Tim Bell and Rev. Michael Ola officiating. Burial will follow at Holly Lawn Cemetery. Condolences may be registered online at ww.parrfuneralhome.com.
