Janis Paige Cobb Greene, 63, passed away on Monday, February 24, 2020. She was born in Nansemond Co, VA to the late Gillette Holland and Russell Cobb. She is also predeceased by her brother, Wayne Cobb. She worked for 25 years at Main Street Daycare and Preschool before retiring as director. She was a member of Bethlehem Christian Church and Jackson's Circle.

Janis is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Mark Alan Greene; daughter, Kelsey Greene; son, Russ Greene (Allison); the apple of her eye, grandson, Corbin Greene; sisters, Brenda Cobb Oliver (Whit) and Patsy Cobb Tew (Randy); mother in law, Mary Greene; sisters in law, Kathy Cobb and Karen Fecteau (Ronald); brother in law, Michael Greene (Rose); and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Janis' memorial service will be 2:00 pm, Thursday, February 27, 2020 in Bethlehem Christian Church with Pastor Matt Winters officiating. Visitation will be an hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
