James Wilbert "Buck" Nurney, 74, of Windsor, VA passed away March 28, 2007. He was born in Isle of Wight County the son of the late Virginia Florence Gray Nurney and Jack Nurney. James spent most of his life farming.

James is survived by his sisters, Mary Jane Pippins, Mildred Nurney both of Suffolk, and Ethel Harris of Isle of Wight County; brothers, John D. Nurney, and Raleigh R. "Pete" Nurney both of Isle of Wight County; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, March 31, 2007 at 2 p.m. at Mill Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Roger D. Johnson officiating.
