James Claude Rhyne, Jr., 76, passed away December 11, 2018.  He was born in Washington, NC the son of the late James Claude Rhyne, Sr. and Claudia Lee Corbett Troyer.  James was a retired electrical contractor.  He enjoyed golfing and was a member of American Mountain Men.

James is survived by his son, James C. Rhyne III (Marlene); grandchildren, Olivia, Jacob, Neylan, William; great granddaughter, Sofia; and sister, Fran Parlett (Gary).
