James Kellie Holland, 86, passed away on July 23, 2026. Kellie was born on March 26, 1940 in Nansemond County, Virginia to the late James Edward Holland and Beulah Griffin Jones. He is also predeceased by his brother, Melvin Holland.

In 1989, Kellie married Martha Drake, and together they built a life centered around love and family. Kellie had a deep passion for golf, was an avid fan of the Washington Redskins and was known to his family as "Papa". He was known to tend to his yard with extra care and love and tinkered around the house making sure things were in tip top shape. Martha and him were also well traveled and enjoyed taking trips around the United States, spending time viewing the beauty that America had to offer. He was also a 50 year member of Suffolk Moose Lodge #141.

Kellie is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Martha Holland; sons, Eddie, David, and Steve; and grandsons, Cruise, Korbin, and Cody. He is also survived by his bonus family: daughters, Kim Morris, and Debra Turner (Jack); grandchildren, Brittany Tello (Trevor), Samantha Wilson (Eric), and Brendan Milteer (Carrie); and great grandchildren, Addison, Leah, Grayson, Oaklyn, and Owen.
