James Mundell III, 63, passed away September 25, 2020 in Puyallup, Washington.  He was born in Washington, DC and grew up in Hampton, VA.  He was the son of the late James Mundell, Jr. and Evangeline Frances Trager Mundell.  James retired as a Sergeant First Class from the United States Army after 22 years of service.  He later went to be a self-employed military craft model builder. He was a member of the American Legion, Tacoma, Washington Post No. 2.

James is survived by his sisters and brothers-in-law, Heather and Joe Reardon, and Gail and Dan Muleady.

A graveside service with military honors will be held Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery with Rev. Michael D.
