James Walter Holt, Jr. 57, passed away November 21, 2025.  He was born in Ft. Benning, GA the son of the late James Walter Holt, Sr. and Rose Annette Jeffries Holt.  James was predeceased by his uncle, Charles Wayne Jeffries, Sr.; and cousin, Cliffie Hegepeth.  He worked as a welder.

James is survived by his brother, John Wesley Holt and nieces, Ashley Alexis Cullipher; aunt, Jean Jeffries Hegepeth; cousins, Charles Wayne Jeffries, Jr. and Anne Hegepeth.
