James Michael Granger, 71, passed away December 21, 2020.  He was born in Portsmouth, VA the son of Elizabeth Ann Bell Granger and the late James Norman Granger.  James retired as a Pipefitter from Norfolk Naval Shipyard after 33 years of service.  He is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and served in Vietnam.  James was a former member of Pinecrest Baptist Church.

In addition to his mother, James is survived by his daughter, Stephanie Granger Bell (Gary); sons, Michael T. Granger (Karla), Doug Granger (Deidre); 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; brother, Ricky Granger (Paula); his former wife of 50 years, Brenda Peavy Granger; and numerous nieces and nephews.
