James Curtis Clements, 91, of Suffolk, VA passed away January 1, 2018. He was born in Barley, VA to the late John Bunyan and Myrtle Lee Rooke Clements. James is predeceased by his wife of 51 years, Janie Rebecca Jordan Clements. He was a member of Ebenezer United Methodist Church in Greensville Co., VA. James was a WWII veteran having served as a Merchant Marine.

James is survived by his son, James B. Clements and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Friday, January 5, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Greensville Memorial Cemetery, Emporia, VA with Pastor Brian Mallary officiating. Friends may join the family for visitation Thursday night from 6-8:00 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434.
