James Clinton Babb, 82, passed away February 4, 2024.  He was born in Southampton County, Virginia the son of the late Clinton Babb and Gladys C. Blythe.  He was predeceased by his companion Ilene McCann Babb.  Jimmy worked as a bridge tender for VDOT.

Jimmy is survived by his son, Leslie Dean Elder.
