James "Jim" Cabaniss Allison, Jr., 56, passed away November 6, 2009. He was born in Suffolk, VA the son of Jean F. Allison and the late James C. Allison, Sr. He was a member of West End Baptist Church.

Jim is survived by his mother, Jean F. Allison of Suffolk, VA; sisters and brothers-in-law, Marion and Pastor Timothy Patterson of Lynchburg, VA, Denise and Charles Hearn of Suffolk, VA; niece and nephews, Sarah Pruitt, Andrew and Benjamin Patterson.

A graveside service will be held Sunday, November 8, 2009 at 2 p.m. at Bethlehem Christian Church Cemetery with Timothy Rawls and Pastor Timothy Patterson officiating. Friends may join the family Saturday afternoon from 4-5 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Dr., Suffolk, VA 23434 and other times at the residence of Jean Allison.
