Jacqueline Miller Riley, 76, passed away at her home on Friday, July 10, 2020. She was born in Jacksonville, NC to the late John Jacob Miller Jr. and Rosa Lee Pittman Miller Burroughs. She was a City of Norfolk Inspector for the Solid Waste Department and retired after 35 years.

Jackie is survived by her daughter, Tanya Lee Burroughs Pope and husband, Paul; grandson, Paul Thomas Pope Jr. and wife, Shelby; and great granddaughter, Gwendolyn Rosalie Jane Pope.

Jackie's graveside service will be 11:00 am, Wednesday, July 15, 2020 in Windsor Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the American Cancer Society.
