Ida Ann Cale Mizelle, 90, of Suffolk, VA passed away May 18, 2016. She was born in Hertford, NC to the late Maxie Early Cale and Thomas Anderson Cale, II. She is also predeceased by her husband, William "Otha" Mizelle; son, Billy Mizelle; granddaughter, Maxine Mizelle; and brother, Thomas Cale. Ida worked as a bookkeeper for Branton Farms. She was a member of Reynoldson Baptist Church.

Ida is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Janet and James Vick; sons and daughters-in-law, James and Shirley Mizelle, and Henry and Barbara Mizelle; daughter-in-law, Nancy Mizelle; 10 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and sister, Lena Lowe.

A funeral service will be held Monday, May 23, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Reynoldson Baptist Church with Rev. Cody Brinkley and Rev. Billy Presley, Sr. officiating. Burial will follow at Southampton Memorial Park. Visitation will be held Sunday evening from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory.
