Henry Morgan Jones, Jr., 73, of Suffolk, VA passed away on December 23, 2013. A native of Isle of Wight County, VA, he was the son of the late Henry Morgan Jones, Sr. and Nettie Virginia Wells Jones. He was a pipefitter supervisor at Newport News Shipbuilding. Henry was born and raised at Millswamp Baptist Church and his family remember him as a person "who loved to work."

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Barbara Jordan Jones; a daughter and son-in-law Beverly Jones Dhaliwal and Seraj; a son and daughter-in-law Charles Henry Jones and Regina Perry Jones; three grandchildren: Henry M. White, James Ray White and Wyatt Dhaliwal; sister Leafy Jane Dillon and brother Stephen Earl Jones and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, on Friday, January 3, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. with Rev. Ileana Rosario officiating. Inurnment at Millswamp Baptist Church will be private.
