Helga Lewandowski Bell, 77, passed away October 4, 2013. She was born in Berlin, Germany the daughter of the late Geard Lewandowski and Magda Lewandowski Giel. She was predeceased by her husbands, Edward Eugene Price and David Kent Bell.

Helga is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Audry R. and James M. Matthews of Windsor, VA, Leslie Ann and Edwin English of Alexandria, VA, son and daughter-in-law, Scott E. and Lisa Price of Houston, TX; grandchildren, Kathryn P. and Kellie J. Matthews, Tori L. English, Casey and Connor Price; and brothers, Gilbert Lewandowski, Peter Bloch, Freddie and Pierre Lewandowski.
