Helen L. Soblotne, 91, passed away Sunday, September 2, 2012. She was born November 11, 1920 in Kokomo, IN to the late Maude Zeigler Crispen and Homer Crispen. She married Roy Soblotne March 15, 1946 and he preceded her in death April 21, 1993. Helen was also predeceased by one sister, Doris Kull and one brother, Wayne Crispen. She was a member of the Bible Baptist Church.


Helen is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Karen Soblotne of Suffolk, VA; four grandchildren; six great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; three sisters, Betty Miller, Rosemary Mendenhall both of Kokomo, IN, and Norma Fennell of Tipton, IN; brother, Loren Crispen of Kokomo, IN; several nieces and nephews; and long time friend, Jack Dryer of Greentown, IN.



A funeral service will be held Monday, September 10, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Ellers Mortuary, 3400 S. Webster St. , Kokomo, IN 46902 with Rev. John Tice officiating.
