Helen Williams, of Suffolk, passed away March 24, 2013. She was the daughter of the late James Paul Lewis and Helen Elizabeth Byrd Lewis. She is also predeceased by her husband, N.P. "Pete" Williams, Jr., daughter-in-law, Donna Williams, son-in-law, William R. Wetherington, and grandson, baby boy Wetherington. She and her late husband owned and operated N.P. Williams Plumbing and Electrical for many years. Helen was a member of First Baptist Church.

Helen is survived by her daughters, Joyce Ann Wetherington and Helen Paige Clark; sons and daughter-in-law, N.P. Sonny Williams, III and Audrey, and Timothy L. Williams, Sr.; grandchildren, Tony J. Byrd, Glen Wetherington, Sheila McKibben and husband, David, Brian Wetherington, and wife, Deanna, Lisa Maddrey and husband, Ray, N.P. "Pete" Williams, IV and wife, Leigh, Timothy Williams, Jr., Garon Williams, and Stacey Boyette and husband, Brennan; 16 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren; and sister and brother-in-law, Beverly Lewis Harrell and Thomas S. Harrell, and son, Thomas N. Harrell.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, March 28, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Dr. Suffolk, VA 23434, officiated by Michael Brinkley. Burial will follow in Holly Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday evening from 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
