Helen Garrison Jones, 95, of Smithfield, VA passed away April 6, 2015. She was born in Smithfield, VA to the late Emma and Herbert Garrison. She was predeceased by her husband, Thomas Ray Jones; sister, Elizabeth G. Yeoman; brother, Linwood Garrison; brother, Milton Garrison; and grandson Toby Little. Helen was a devoted homemaker and longtime member of Trinity United Methodist Church where she was the second oldest living member. She was also a member of the Wesley Bible Class, the Nettie Beane Circle, the M&M's of Trinity, and the Smithfield Home Demonstration Club.

Helen is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Little and husband, Donald; son, Thomas Ray Jones, Jr. and wife, Deborah; grandchildren, Chad Little and wife, Emily, Christen Clarke and husband Tim; great grandchildren, Bennett Little, Lauren Clarke, Joe Clarke, and Dawson Clarke; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A funeral service will be held at Trinity United Methodist Church on Saturday April 11, 2015 at 11 AM with Rev. Jeff Cannon officiating. Burial will follow at Bethany United Methodist Church cemetery with reception at Trinity United Methodist Church. Visitation will be held Friday April 10, 2015 from 6:30 to 8:00 PM at Trinity United Methodist Church fellowship hall.
