Hazel Louise Kinsey, 87, of Portsmouth, VA went to be with her Lord on December 19, 2015. She was born in Norfolk, VA to the late Robert Henry Kinsey and Emma Louise Ansell. She worked in the package dept. at the Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Co. and attended Simonsdale Presbyterian Church.

Hazel is survived by her sister Kathleen D. Williams, numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.

Her funeral will be on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at 2 pm at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Dr., Suffolk, VA 23434 with Rev. Martha Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow at Holly Lawn Cemetery, Suffolk, VA. A visitation will be held Monday evening from 7-8 pm at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory.
