Hazel Culbertson died peacefully the evening of October 6, 2012. She had a personality that brought warmth to all who knew her. Whether you knew her as Hazel, Aunt Hazel, Mom, Grandma, or GiGi, you knew she was always there to lend a hand, provide a shoulder, or share a smile. She lived her life for her family - she was our biggest cheerleader, and we are better because she was in our lives. Oh my, she will be sorely missed.

She was born in Banks, Pennsylvania, on February 14, 1919. She was predeceased by her husband, four sisters and one brother - she was the last.

She leaves many to cherish her memory - daughter, Martha Grace and husband; son, Steven Culbertson and wife; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
