Hazel Crocker Carr, 90, passed away January 8, 2013. She was born in Isle of Wight County, VA the daughter of the late Emanuel W. Crocker and Hannah B. Crocker Bell. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Staley Carr and was a member of Smithfield Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son, Robert Ray Carr and wife Sylvia of Smithfield; granddaughter, Carol Sabin and husband, Brian; great granddaughter, Kelly Sabin.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, January 10, 2013 at 10 a.m. at St. Luke's Memorial Park with Dr. Don Rhoton officiating.
