Glenna Thomas Robinson, 82, passed away January 10, 2015. She was born in Leakesville, NC the daughter of the late James Oscar Thomas and Margaret Hylton Thomas. She was predeceased by her husband of 56 years, Wallace Burton Robinson; three sisters; and two brothers. Glenna retired as a school teacher from the City of Chesapeake. She was a member of Beech Grove United Methodist Church in Driver. She was also a Pirate Club Member at East Carolina University.

Glenna is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Burton C. and Carole M. Robinson, Wallace Scott and Susan P. Robinson; grandchildren, Christopher (Katie), Austin, Jordan, and Elizabeth; great grandchildren, Eliott and Jack; brothers, Richard and Wayne Thomas; and local nephew, Harrell Pittman of Portsmouth, VA.

A graveside service will be held Friday, January 16, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens with Rev. Burton C. Robinson officiating. Memorial donations may be made to Beech Grove United Methodist Church. Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
