Gladys Victoria Sougrin, 88, passed away April 2, 2015. She was born in Trinidad, West Indies the daughter of the late Christiana Redhead and Nathaniel Farnum. She was predeceased by her husband, Julian M. Sougrin; daughter, Victoria Goodridge; and son, Julian Edwin Sougrin. Gladys formerly worked as a private duty nurse's assistant. She was a member of the Eastern Star.


Gladys is survived by her daughters, Alexandrine Celia Adolph, Andrea A. Adolph (Wayne); sons, Franklin Sougrin, Giovanni Guichard, and Gary Guichard; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; and sister, Ruth Emile.


A Celebration of Life Service will be held Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory with Bro. Christopher Adolph officiating.
