Geraldine Gloria Stephens Outterbridge, 82, passed away July 9, 2019. She was born in Suffolk, VA to the late Uriah Stephens and Sophia Goodman Stephens Williams. Geraldine retired as a medical coder and receptionist and was a member of Balm of Gilead Baptist Church. She was a community activist and a volunteer at the Suffolk Cultural Arts Center.

Geraldine is survived by her sons, Ronald and Russell Stephens; her grandchildren and a host of friends.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, July 25, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434 with Rev. Tim Rawls officiating.
