Gerald Blanchard Bailey, 79, of Windsor, VA passed away April 4, 2012. She was a member of the Eastern Star Sinai Chapter 18 where she served as Past Matron. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard Elmo "Bo" Bailey; daughter, Kathy Bailey Agee; sisters and brother, Ann Howell, Hazel Drier, Olive Ickelburger, Frank Blanchard.



Gerald is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, David and Asha Bailey of Glen Allen, VA; son-in-law, Danny Agee of Mechanicsville, VA;grandchildren, Joshua and Emily Agee, Nicole and Michael Bailey; brother, Wayne Blanchard of Richmond, VA.

A funeral service with Eastern Star rites will be held Friday, April 6, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Dr., Suffolk, VA 23434 with Rev. Michael D. Halley officiating. Burial will follow at Holly Lawn Cemetery. Friends may join the family for a time of visitation one hour prior to the service at the funeral home from 1-2 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
