George Edward Boswell, Sr., 70, passed away June 3, 2018.  He was born in Norfolk, VA the son of Jessie June Baker Boswell Beach and the late Edward Boswell.  George was a United States Army veteran.  He later went on to own and operate Pioneer Paving serving in the Richmond area.  He loved horses.

In addition to his mother, George is survived by his daughter, Brandy M. Boswell; sons and daughter-in-law, George E. Boswell, Jr., and Kevin E. Boswell (Krystal); grandchildren, Lina Boswell, Joy Boswell, Lane Hearn, Wyatt, Georgiana, Bret, Justin, Garrett, Haylei, and Austin Boswell; sister, Regina B. Sylvia; brother and sister-in-law, Wayne Boswell (Nichole); niece and nephew, Angie Sightler and Brad Allan Sylvia; and numerous other nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, June 7, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Suffolk Church of Christ with Jason Sadler officiating.  Burial will follow at Holly Lawn Cemetery.  Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
