Genevieve Morris Reed left this world July 25, 2012 to join her mother and father and two sisters and a brother. But most of all to be with her Savior who she found in 1972. She stayed close from then on and He changed her life. She loved to sing in the choir and worked for years, teaching the deaf about Christ. She was a homemaker and raised three wonderful children. Her husband was her best friend. They were married fifty-six years. She will be missed by Ronald. She retired from the Department of Agriculture in 1989. All who knew her will know she loved them with all her heart and gave her love each day to them. Until we meet again.

A memorial service will be held at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA on Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Kidney Fund, 11921 Rockville Pike, Suite 300, Rockville, MD 20852.
