Gay Le Waddell Hill, 83, passed away April 29, 2019.  She was born in Madison, TN the daughter of the late Stanford and Mertha Shelton.  Gay was predeceased by her husband of 46 years, Marvin Randolph Hill, Sr.; and brothers, Steve Shelton and Robert Waddell.  She formerly worked for Safeway and was a Safeway Employees Association President.

Gay is survived by her daughter, Karen Lee Hill; son and daughter-in-law, Marvin Randolph Hill (Leslie); grandchildren, Jordan Hill and Andrew Hill; sisters, Terri S. Sutcliffe and Charlotte Duke.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 15, 2019 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. in the second floor meeting room of the Norfolk Health & Rehab Center, 901 E.
