Garry Clark Holland, 71, passed away June 3, 2023.  He was born in Nansemond Co., VA the son of the late Andrew Jackson Holland, Sr. and Kathryn Anna Johnson Holland.  Garry is predeceased by his brothers, Larry M. Holland and Jack "Buddy" Holland.  He retired from International Paper as a Chemical Additives Area Manager after 42 years of service.   Garry was a member of Holy Neck Christian Church where he served as a Deacon and on the Board of Ushers.  He was also a member of A Friend of Bill W. for 29 years where he sponsored and mentored many friends over the years. He was an avid sports fan and loved the  San Francisco 49ers, Pittsburgh Pirates, and North Carolina Tarheels.

Garry is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Patricia Ann Holland; daughters, Megan M. Granados (Rene), Kimberly A. Tatem; son, Jason A. Holland; grandchildren, Jordan Tatem, Alison Tatem, Mikaela Granados, Mia Granados, Olivia Granados, Ezekiel Granados, Malakai Granados; sister, Martha Ann H. Weaver and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held, Monday, June 12, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Holy Neck Christian Church, 4400 Holy Neck Road, Suffolk, VA 23437 with Rev. Michael D. Halley officiating.  A reception will be held following the service in the church fellowship hall.  A time of visitation will be held from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. prior to the service.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Holy Neck Christian Church.  Parr Funeral Home & Crematory is serving the family.  Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
