Garland Eure Felton, 74, of Suffolk, VA passed away August 31, 2017. He was born in Norfolk, VA to the late Garland and Nellie Felton.  He was also predeceased by his wives, Racquel Felton and Rose Tolison Felton; and sister, Anita Felton. He retired after 30 years as a Welding Supervisor at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. He also worked for over 11 years at GTL trucking. Garland attended CrossPointe Church, was a member of King's Fork Ruritan, and Masonic Lodges #30 and #276. He was a past commander of Portsmouth CGaux and Member of the Smithfield CGaux Air Rescue.

Garland is survived by his wife of 30 years, Joyce Morgan Felton; step-children from predeceased wife Rose Felton, Robin Woodard (Skip), Rose Marie Gray (Roy), Keith Tolison (Suzanne), Kim Hall (Jimmy) and Steve Tolison (Tammy); numerous step-grandchildren; and loving dogs, Nick and Blake.

A celebration of Life Service will be held Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at 11 a.m. at CrossPointe Church with Rev. David Sexton officiating.
