Frederick William "Billy" Horne Jr., 74, died on July 27, 2016. He was born in Norfolk, VA. Billy was predeceased by his parents, Frederick William Horne Sr. and Diana E. Outlaw Horne and brother, Ronald Clyde Horne. He was a loving caregiver for his mother and grandmother and the best dog sitter in Portsmouth. He enjoyed drinking his Caffè Verona and eating chocolate and hamburgers while watching Western movies.

Billy is survived by sisters, Carolyn H. and Frank Spady II, and Janet F. Mathias; stepbrother, James "Jimmy" Holland III; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

His graveside service will be Saturday, July 30, 2016 at 11 am in Holly Lawn Cemetery with Pastor Mark Kent officiating. Condolences may be posted at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
