Franklin "Frank" Pope Roberts, Jr., 64, of Suffolk, VA passed away February 26, 2011. He was born in Nansemond County the son of the late Marjorie Jordan Roberts and Franklin Pope Roberts, Sr. He was predeceased by his son, Bryan Kevin Roberts. Frank was a U.S. Army veteran having served during Vietnam. He retired as a truck driver and most recently worked part time with Blair Brothers.

Frank is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Yvonne Roberts Taylor and Jerry of Nashville, NC; brother and sister-in-law, Wayne and Jean Roberts of Suffolk, VA; nieces and nephews, Donny Roberts, Angi R. Ayers, Crystal Dawson, and Jennifer Walston.

A Celebration Life Service will be held Monday, February 28, 2011 at 2 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Dr., Suffolk, VA. A time of visitation will follow the service at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to Sentara Home Health at 154 Burnetts Way, Suite 102, Suffolk, VA 23434.
